I built Kitchen Basics because I’ve lived what so many midlife women are quietly navigating—feeling disconnected from food, from health, and from the confidence we once had.

I wasn’t always a confident cook. In fact, for a long time, I leaned on takeout, skipped meals, and second-guessed everything on my plate.

But over time, I built a system—one small meal at a time—that brought me back to real food and real confidence. Now, I help women over 50 do the same.

This course isn’t about becoming a chef. It’s about coming back to yourself—through simple, shame-free cooking that supports your health, one skillet at a time.
